A simple cashier app for small food and retail shops.
BetaPOS helps a small shop take orders, print receipts and see how the day went. It runs on one iPad and keeps every sale on that iPad. There is no account to create and nothing to set up on a server.

Tap products, change quantities and add a note per item. Take cash, QRIS or transfer, or save the order to pay later.

Print on a 58 mm Bluetooth thermal printer with your shop name, address, a closing message and your social accounts.

Check revenue by day, week, month or year, see which products sell, and find your busiest hours.

A login for each cashier
Every cashier gets a name and a PIN. The dashboard, shop settings and backups stay with the owner.

Works without internet
Everything runs on the iPad, so a weak connection at the counter does not stop a sale.

Backups you keep
Export a full backup file and restore it later on the same iPad or a new one.

- Do I need an internet connection?
- No. BetaPOS stores and processes everything on the iPad, so it works offline.
- Which printers work with BetaPOS?
- BetaPOS prints to 58 mm ESC/POS thermal printers over Bluetooth Low Energy. It is tested with the RPP02N.
- Does it run on iPhone?
- Not yet. BetaPOS is designed for iPad.
- Where is my sales data stored?
- Only on your iPad. BetaPOS has no server and does not collect your data. The privacy policy explains the details.
