Reflect Terms of Use
These terms apply when you download or use the Reflect app or the Reflect App Clip (together, “the app”), made by Nanda Mochammad (“I”, “me”). By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Apple’s terms
You get the app through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app. These terms add to that agreement. If the two conflict, Apple’s agreement wins.
What you may do
You may use the app for your own learning journal on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
Your content
What you write, record and upload stays yours. I do not claim any rights to it. You are responsible for what you add, and for having the right to share any photo, video or recording of other people.
Spaces and feedback links
Spaces let you ask other people for feedback, in the app or through the App Clip. When you post in a Space or answer a feedback request, you agree not to share content that:
- is hateful, harassing, threatening or sexually explicit;
- is illegal or encourages illegal acts;
- shares someone else’s private information without their consent;
- is spam or impersonates another person.
There is no tolerance for this kind of content or for abusive users. You can report content with the Report option in a Space, or by email. I act on reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules.
The Space owner decides who is invited. Anyone who has a feedback link can read the questions and answers behind it, so share links only with people you trust and revoke them when you are done.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your own copies of what matters to you. Turn on iCloud backup or export your data. A lost or reset iPhone without a backup can mean lost reflections.
- Voice transcripts are made by speech recognition and can contain mistakes. Check them before you rely on them.
Updates and availability
I may update the app to fix problems or add features, and I may change or stop offering it, including Spaces and feedback links. Some updates may be needed to keep using the app.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, I make no promises that it will be error free, always available or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, that come from using or not being able to use the app, or for content that other people post in a Space.
Ending these terms
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. If you break these terms, your right to use the app ends, and I may remove your content from Spaces and feedback links.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, I will update this page and the effective date at the top. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
