Family Money Terms of Use

Effective 28 Sep 2026

These terms apply when you download or use the Family Money app for iPhone or Mac (“the app”), made by Nanda Mochammad (“I”, “me”). By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Apple’s terms

You get the app through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app. These terms add to that agreement. If the two conflict, Apple’s agreement wins.

What you may do

You may use the app to manage your own or your family’s money on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

What the app does and does not do

Family Money helps you record spending and income, plan budgets and see reports. It does not connect to your bank, move money or make payments. It is not financial, tax or investment advice, and it is not an accounting system.

Your responsibilities

Updates and availability

I may update the app to fix problems or add features, and I may change or stop offering it. Some updates may be needed to keep using the app.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, I make no promises that it will be error free, always available or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as financial decisions, lost money or lost data, that come from using or not being able to use the app.

Ending these terms

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. If you break these terms, your right to use the app ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, I will update this page and the effective date at the top. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
