Portal Sekolah - Student App
An integrated digital school system improves the teaching and learning processes in education. I worked as a full-time engineer at PT Visi Prima Nusantara on the Portal Sekolah, a management system for students, teachers, staff, and parents.
As the sole engineer for six months, I focused on releasing the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) feature while collaborating with stakeholders to meet project requirements. A significant challenge was the lack of clear requirements, which required proactive communication. After launching the MVP, I recruited three more engineers for the next development phase and conducted technical tests alongside interviews.

Portal Sekolah - Parent App
Portal Sekolah Parent App allows parents to monitor their children’s school activities and integrates with the student and teacher apps. I collaborated with stakeholders to meet project requirements. After recruiting three team members, I focused on planning and communication, which was essential as I worked on multiple projects simultaneously. We successfully released the Parent App in 18 sprints or about 3 months. Feedback from parents and teachers helped shape the app, using direct follow-up by our team at the school site.
