Summary

I developed an integrated human resource management system for employers and employees, functioning as a Software as a Service (SaaS) for companies. As a full-time engineer at PT Visi Prima Nusantara , I led a team of three engineers to complete the project in approximately three months, or 20 sprints.

I collaborated with various stakeholders to meet project requirements, overcoming challenges due to a high workload from managing three projects at once.
